Every year, on Good Friday, we respected the tradition by preparing our cod. This year we can only share our recipe with you.
Cod Vicentina
Beat the dried cod and soak it for three days in running water.
Flour and cook over very low heat with plenty of onion.
Cover with milk and water and after long cooking and serve it with yellow polenta.
And do you prefer cod or cod? Gardesana or fried? How do you prepare this traditional dish?
