THE RESTAURANT: OUR SUGGESTED MENUS
Our 80 seat restaurant features a large lounge and a 20 seat private room.

MENUS INSPIRED BY FAMILY AND SEASONALITY OF THE PRODUCTS
Our cuisine is both homemade and seasonal. Raw materials vary according to seasons and our products are typical of our territory. Our proposals change daily, in order to satisfy every customer’s taste and make them feel at home.
FIXED PRICES MENU
We offer a 12Euros, fixed-price lunch menu from Monday to Saturday.
You can choose a main, a second course and a side dish among our daily specials. Water and coffee included. Most of the dishes belong to our tradition, like pasta with homemade meat sauce or pesto made with arugula, red chicory and fennel fronds, personally prepared by our cook.
Soups are always present in our menu: a hot dish to warm people working outside in winter, but also a perfect liquid supplement for hot summer days. Vegetable soups are made with fresh vegetables that we grow in our garden, but we also suggest vegetables purée, chicken or boiled meat soups, pumpkin, peas or beans cream according to the season.
On Tuesdays we usually make “risotto” with a stock of boiled meat or asparagus in spring, blueberries and mushrooms in summer, pumpkin and sausage and our typical “panissa” rice in autumn. Our winter specialty is risotto with spinach and hazelnuts or red chicory.
Meat plays an important role in our cuisine and they are proposed in different kind of cuts and cooking methods: grilled meat, roast beef, roast and mixed boiled meats based on Piedmont tradition.
Once a week ,usually on Fridays, we cook fish (both freshwater and saltwater fish).
Off-the-Menu
Because of the variety of our suggestions, we chose not to have any ” à la carte” menu; however, if guests have particular request, we’ll do our best to please them.
