Rates

Our rates include exclusively the overnight stay in the selected room and specified amenities.

Cancellations are accepted one day prior to arrival without any charge. Any late cancellations, modifications or no-shows, are subjected to one night penalty charge unless otherwise agreed.

Documents

You must provide a valid ID ( identification card, driver’s license or passport) at check-in time, in accordance with article 109 of the Consolidated Law of Public Safety. Data will be transmitted and stored on the State Police website and Piedmont Region site for statistical survey purposes.

Hours Of Operation

The hotel is open Monday through Friday with the following schedule:
from 6.45 am to 10.00 pm
Reception: from 9 am to 8 pm
Check in: from 2 to 8 pm
Check out: from 7 to 10 am
Breakfast: from 7 to 10 am
On Saturdays we are open from 7 am to 3 pm..
Restaurant, bar and reception are closed on Sundays – Breakfast is served from 7 to 10 am.
The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday according to the following schedule:
Lunch: from midday to 2 pm.
Dinner: from 7 to 8.30 pm
The restauranti s closed on Saturday night, unless otherwise agreed with guests.
Hours are subjected to change on previous agreement with the guests to meet their needs

Room Cleaning

La pulizia della camera viene effettuata giornalmente a partite dalle ore 8.30. Il cambio della biancheria per i soggiorni a lungo termine è ogni 4 giorni. Chiediamo ai nostri clienti di lasciare a terra teli e asciugamani solo se desiderano che vengano cambiati.

Keys

Being the porter service unavailable, we ask our guests to keep the room and entrance after the check-in keys with no time restrictions.

Payment

Cash, debit cards, PagoBancomat, V PAY, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro cards are accepted.
Bank transfers and electronic invoices available for companies on previous agreement.

Pillows and Blankets

Additional pillows and blankets are available in any room’s wardrobe.

Forgotten Items

Any eventual forgotten item will be stored in hotel for six months. Delivery is possible on previous phone agreement. Shipment costs must be paid in advance.

Laundry

Laundry service is not available at the hotel, but there’s a laundry nearby Cossato that offers this service at discounted prices. Contact reception for price and delivery time.

Courtesy set

Courtesy set is available in any room’s bathroom; toothbrush and toothpaste available on request.

Wi-Fi

WIFI service is free at our hotel. E-mail receiving, copies or printing are available at the Reception
