Waiting for summer
Even if this summer is late in arriving this season, our menu changes. It becomes fresher, more colorful given the variety of fresh vegetables that ripen just this season.
Hoping to give you a starting point to refresh your home menus, here are some dishes that we often offer this season:
Parma ham with melon
Figs and melon (in late summer when figs ripen in our area)
Rice salad
Pasta salad with grilled vegetables (especially aubergines and fresh zucchini)
Rabbit tuna (traditional Piedmontese recipe)
Low temperature cooked turkey with lemon and mustard sauce
Roast beef (both English and with flavored oil)
These are just some of the “summer” dishes that you could find on our menu this season, both offered in our restaurant and to take away.
